Last week Arran High School held a very successful Health & Wellbeing week for S1-3 pupils. On Tuesday there were many trips both on and off the island which included visits to a musical in Glasgow, Trampoline Park, Ski/Climbing at Braehead, Lasertag & Go-Karting and Mountain Biking amongst a few. On Wednesday the day was spent at the Arran Community Land Initiative in Whiting Bay (a very wet day !!). Thursday saw the pupils take part in several activities in the school which included several sporting activities and workshops. A group of pupils also took part in a Rugby tournament on the island. And finally on Friday each year group took part in year group activites. S1 prepared for their walk up Goatfell which takes place this Friday, S2 took part in a Lamlash ramble and S3 did a beach clean in Lamlash and collected an amazing array of rubbish.
