Scottish Council Elections

 Get#ReadyToVote

Anyone 16 or over on 4 May 2017 will be eligible to vote in the forthcoming Scottish council Elections – but you will need to register first.  It only takes a few minuets to register on-line.

On Friday 3rd March we will be helping 16 and 17 year olds get #ReadyToVote by running a registration event here at the High School.  This is an opportunity to join the 80,000 16 and 17 year olds who registered to vote in the last election.

If your child is 16 or over they will need their date of birth and National Insurance number to register to vote.  If you can’t find their National Insurance number, visit: gov.uk/lost-national-insurance-number (if under 16 they won’t need their National insurance number to register)
